the Monoclinussy alcoholic cocktail

i originally found this recipe on the Monin website🡥 but was too lazy to acquire all the ingredients and made an altered, stripped down version of it that i actually fell in love with. if you're wondering "what the heck is up with that name", i was looking for something gynandromorphic to call it, because i feel like it's simultaneously harsh/strong enough to kick you in the face while still being pleasantly girly and sweet. hence, monoclinous: a flower having both the male and female reproductive parts. not that i think we should be reducing beverage characteristics down to societal interpretations of gender... no, i'll have some restraint and won't go on a rant about that here :b

Substitutions: the obvious substitutions here would be following the original recipe more closely. now that i have acquired the Monin Agave syrup i might give it a try, though i'll have to be brave and inquire where they keep the brandy because i've never bought or tried it before. using sparkling rosé wine is pretty exciting to me also, because not only is it one of my favorite things to drink i also can't get the Smirnoff vodka rosé drinks locally. i wouldn't be surprised if you've never seen them anywhere yourself.
