the Perky Pink Lemonade tea-based mocktail
(caffeine free, version 2)

i'm not sure how common a pink lemonade tea is tbh, and i don't know if a non-tea pink lemonade would still work with these ingredients... i think actual pink lemonade is a lot sweeter and the syrups would kind of be redundant. i'll have to try it one day and find out! as always you can do whatever you please in terms of the syrups, whether it's going lychee only or strawberry rose only, or doubling the amount if you're not concerned about calories. i just really like this tea-based style of pink lemonade as it still has that slight tea flavor and isn't overwhelmingly sweet, even with my suggested syrup additions. i'm not sure what makes it "perky" as it is caffeine free after all, but i had to keep the innuendo naming convention going. perhaps if you can get your hands on some Monin Glacier Clear that would make it suitably perky, however i'm not able to order it in Canada and i'm not sure about its availability in other countries.

Substitutions: previously i was using the Epicure brand of pink lemonade tea, but as it's no longer available i had to find a replacement. luckily one of my favorite Canadian tea companies🡥 re-released its pink lemonade loose leaf tea, which consists of: apple, beet, raspberry, strawberry, rose petals, amaranth petals, lemon, lime, and natural flavors. both the scent and flavor are really fantastic. i'm not sure how common it is for pink lemonade to be sold as a tea, so outside of the Tealish brand i don't know how easy it would be to find. you could probably also use different syrup flavors; just as with the Hibiscussy i was previously using a rose-only syrup instead of the strawberry rose.
